Pat is Rob Law Maxrecruitment's Managing Director and principal shareholder.

Pat has built up a highly distinguished career in the recruitment industry, having established the premier on-hire labour business, Quin Workforce, in the Wellington region. He has owned Candidates Personnel Wellington - the agency that today forms the nucleus of experienced consultants and staff at Rob Law Maxrecruitment - since 2001.

Prior to building a strong career in the recruitment industry, Pat established himself as a successful businessman in many other areas with notable roles as: a programmer/analyst with Computer Systems & Programming in London, Sales Manager with Sundowners Travel London and traded as a ‘Local’ on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange. He also established and owns Tom Conor Construction Ltd.

Outside Work

Pat is passionate about the game of rugby and has served the sport with distinction. He has been Vice President of the Wellington Rugby Union, HR Manager for the Wellington IRB International Sevens Tournament and on the board of the NZ Marist Rugby Executive...
