First class honours degree, followed by over twenty years service with one major international manufacturer. Early work was in process engineering, followed by production management. Career was developed with a three year spell in the USA in production management followed by three years in Australia in marketing management. Since '01 has been Operations Leader for Australia and New Zealand.
