David (Chico) Quintela Born in El Paso, Texas, David immigrated to New Zealand in 2000. After specialised technical military training and leadership development in the US, David worked in government and private sector roles in Wellington and developed extensive contact networks in the process.
David’s passionate interest in people led him to his first recruitment role: managing a successful on-hire desk for three years in the manufacturing and engineering sectors before his appointment as a Senior Contracting Consultant as part of the Rob Law Maxrecruitment team.
He holds personal accreditation with the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA). David’s philosophy is that of “Kaizen”, meaning continuous improvement and he applies this philosophy in both his personal and professional life. Read
