Jan has been with Rob Law Maxrecruitment for over eight years and has successfully recruited a range of resources including aviation, engineering (civil, geotechnical, environmental, structural, building services, etc), scientific, architectural and ICT.
She works with both public and private sector clients. Her early career includes a range of roles in the IT vendor space (technical, sales and marketing), both in New Zealand and London, which culminated in seven years with IBM New Zealand.
Jan first began recruiting in the IT space and after a number of years she moved to Technical recruiting. She has been recruiting in the IT and Technical markets for the past sixteen years. Jan believes her strengths lie in her corporate experience. She believes that she has the ability to know and understand organizations, and their directions and plans, and that she is able to deliver recruitment solutions which are congruent with the cultures, strategies and plans of her clients
Outside work, in her spare time Jan enjoys socialising, shopping and the delights of living on the Kapiti Coast.
