Is it a time for change?

There are many reasons why people change their job, but our experience tells us it’s not always easy to find the right job. Changing jobs can be quite harrowing especially in difficult economic times.

• Don't leave a job unless you have another one to go to!
• Don't change your job just for the sake of change. Make sure your change is for the right reasons and will advance your career.
• Don't 'burn your bridges' with your current employer...someday you'll need a verbal reference!
• Don't take excessive time out from your career path...more than a couple of years or so can be career suicide.
• Change when the time is right...maybe that's now!
