Based in the sunny Hawkes Bay, our client is a well respected manufacturer specialising in the design, manufacture and automation of materials handling equipment and full turnkey projects for the food, dairy, meat, building, paint, paper board and beverage industries.

Due to ongoing growth they are now looking for a top notch Marketing & Sales Manager to join the team and help grow the company.

This job will see you:

* Carrying out overseas market studies
* Preparing marketing plans
* Preparing marketing material
* Key Account selling as required

You will also be:
* Managing Sales teams in Australia and New Zealand
* Establishing and maintaining a CRM database
* Preparing promotional and advertising material
* Preparing and monitoring sales budgets and activity reports

And in general contributing the the growth of this innovative and high tech business.

To be successful in this position, you will:

* Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
* Have a styrong understanding of mechanical engineering, materials handling systems and automation
* Be a self driven, results oriented person
* Have a minimum of 6 years Marketing & Sales Management experience
* Have excellent communications skills and speak fluent English
* Be a team player and leader
* Have experience in preparing promotional and advertising material

You will need tact and diplomacy and yet be determined and tenacious. You will be required to travel and to put in longer hours to succeed in growing the business, but you knew that.
