This popular and award winning boutique hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.

We offer two distinct dining venues - one formal and the other a more casual affair - in one of the busiest and best loved boutique hotels in the area.

As our Chef de Partie you will be given all the tools you need to fit in with our established team and be the best Chef you can be. Our Head Chef provides a work place where you will be mentored and inspired.

Attributes we look for in our team:

• be curious, inquisitive and innovative so as to actively contribute to future menus and daily specials
• demonstrate initiative, self motivation and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively
• be hardworking with a strong sense of team loyalty and a commitment to providing our customers with only the best you can give
• a chef with at least 3 years experience, professional cookery qualifications and professional dedication
