Our client is a large international company involved in Oil & gas exploration and production. With many years of successful on and offshore operations in New Zealand, this company is now looking for good Offshore Representatives to join their Taranaki team and look after their offshore assets, including production.

This is a job with a mix of duties that will keep you challenged and busy.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring HSE procedures and policies are followed and enforced
* Ensuring the integrity of the production platform and associated equipment, both offshore and onshore, through continuous maintenance, utilising reliability Engineering principals, etc
* Ensuring Production schedules are implemented and met
* The management of logistics functions, resupply vessels, etc

And for working with all sections and parties to ensure that the platform functions, and continues to function, safely, in good condition and without interruption of production.

To be able to carry out your duties, you will:
* Have a minimum of 10 years in the oil & gas industry
* Have at least 4 years in frontline management positions, in an offshore situation
* Be structured and methodical in your approach
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Have strong engineering and maintenance skills
* Have good computer skills
* Be a lateral thinker, able to take charge
* Be Safety focused

These are permanent roles based in Taranaki and will have you working on a roster that will entail 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
