As a driven individual with the desire to achieve the highest quality of operations this position will see the successful candidate fulfill the following qualities:
- Proven experience working within a management position which involves the maintenance of plant on a Power Station or Oil & Gas site.
- A considerable amount of this position will be directed toward developing strategies, initiatives and projects which will create value for the organization. You will be required to think outside of the square and consider the best alternatives for the organisation
- You must be able to keep up to date with trends and new techniques.
- Excellent man management and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
- Relevant Engineering degree
