Will’s mandate is to find, engage and assess construction and engineering talent currently within the UK and Ireland, that is motivated to move to either New Zealand or Australia.
Having worked in the construction recruitment sector in New Zealand for seven years, Will knows the local market and more importantly knows the talent challenges that employers on this side of the world face.
In his words, his role “isn’t just to find returning kiwis and brits who are considering moving down under, but to act as a human filter to ensure only those that can demonstrate genuine commitment to the move are shortlisted.”
