Welcome to Our New ANZ Development Manager: Adam Gibson!
We’re excited to announce that highly regarded recruitment leader, Adam Gibson, has joined the RobLawMax team as ANZ Development Manager to oversee numerous initiatives across our Australia and New Zealand business networks.
In his new role, Adam will be responsible for the development of new client partnership opportunities, enhancing existing relationships, providing guidance on the delivery of core services as well as developing new areas of business on both sides of the Tasman.
Our Australian Director Jeremy Innes, explains, “Adam’s experience across Australia and New Zealand offers tremendous appeal given our network of offices. He has achieved excellent results throughout his recruitment and management career and we are excited that he has chosen to join us. He is prepared to ‘challenge the norm’ and his appetite for innovation will be of great value to both RobLawMax, and ultimately, our client base. The competition for talent continues to grow so we look forward to Adam helping strengthen our client partnerships for mutual success.
Adam’s success in recruitment stems from his tenacious approach to results, a ‘client/customer for life’ partnership model and a progressive leadership style developed from his accomplished marketing and property career. His track record of establishing exclusive relationships with clients speaks for itself, whilst always exceeding yearly targets and having a loyal group of clients, customers and employees too.
Having commenced his recruitment career in January 2012, Adam quickly established himself in Australia’s Infrastructure sector as a successful Consultant, whilst also developing his peers to eventually lead the Construction and Engineering division along the East Coast and into South East Asia.
In 2014, Adam moved to Auckland, to build a successful recruitment business from scratch. In just four years, he went from being the single employee to a team of 15; developed multiple award-winning consultants, as well as the business being nominated as a finalist for SEEK’s Medium Agency of the Year award. Adam also embedded himself in the local Auckland Construction market by being voted onto the Committee of CCNZ (Auckland) and helping revolutionise the way Construction approaches employment standards.
Adam also supports a variety of charities, however, one particular success is the fundraising race day event he created, which raised $248,000 for Cure Kids NZ.
Managing Director, Pat Quin, has instantly been impressed with Adam’s approach to business, especially with respect to quality. “Adam’s approach to improving the labour hire industry resonates with us and he has clearly achieved some great success in his career to date. We know this, because he was successful in developing relationships with some of our longest serving customers. That made us take notice!”
