Our program focuses on one-to-one consultation, coaching and step by step follow up to ensure employees are empowered with everything they need to approach the job market but also support along way which is critical.
To ensure we identify key skills and preferences, key achievements, values and drivers that meet the needs of each employee, RobLawMax utilise our Candidate / Employee Questionnaire to gain a thorough understanding which forms the foundation of the employees program and also allows us to build rapport and provide a personalised journey – regardless of location.
Ensuring employees are prepared to enter the job market with a thorough understanding of their own abilities /attributes, a great CV and cover letter is very important, but we often find it’s the ongoing support and professional advice that is often of most value – to the employee and our clients. Employees don’t want to feel abandoned during their job search which is why we provide services for up to 90 days (dependent on Program).
