The Position
The National Sales Business Development Manager role involves leading and motivating a national sales team, developing effective marketing campaigns, and driving business growth through both existing and new business channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Skills and Experience Required
· Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Engineering Management, or relevant industry field
· 5-10 years’ experience in industrial sales or allied fields, with at least 3 years staff management experience
· Demonstrated success in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and delivering results against targets
· Independent, strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to engage at all organisational levels and drive team performance
