We are supporting a highly respected national consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager to deliver major hospital and wider healthcare projects across New Zealand. This organisation is open to appointing at Project Manager, Design Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Director level, provided candidates can operate at the level required for complex healthcare capital works.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a portfolio of nationally significant health projects where you will play a key role in improving critical infrastructure for regional communities. The position suits someone who thrives in a client-side environment, is confident leading multi-disciplinary teams, and is comfortable travelling to regional project sites (typically fortnightly). Experience built up through delivering hospital or wider healthcare facilities is essential.

Desired Experience
• Operating at Project Manager, Design Manager, Senior PM or Project Director level on major healthcare or hospital projects
• Confidence managing design teams, consultants, and contractors through all phases
• Strong programme, commercial, and risk management capability
• Ability to build effective relationships across clinical, technical, and governance stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel to regional sites as required
