After significant growth that is showing now signs of slowing down they have created this exciting new role for an Area Sales Manager to support the team in Christchurch. You'll be working with a bunch of high performing and energetic team who love the products they sell so if you're passionate about power tools and wanted to work for a company who recognises and celebrates success then this is your role!

Minimum 2 years Sales experience would be ideal
Experience within the residential construction industry would be ideal
Experience with using a Salesforce / Sales cloud or CRM tool
Have a basic level understanding of the Office suite
Product knowledge of power tools would be ideal
Hands on experience with power tools would be advantageous
A practical mind
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong time management ability teamed with exceptional organisational skills
Ability to work to set KPI’s and self-manage time
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Culturally aware and able to work with diverse cultural groups
