As one of New Zealand’s largest Engineering and Construction recruitment specialists, RobLawMax Recruitment is growing to meet the demands of a faced paced industry. Sustained growth requires an additional resource to work alongside the Labour Hire Team in Auckland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with management and the Labour Hire team in a joint effort to achieve successful outcomes. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to process information, make sound decisions and respond to deadlines will be key.

  • Ability to develop and maintain active candidate networks

  • Someone who can handle the administration component of the role but also be proactive in assisting the company as a whole

  • Core tasks will include:

  • Identify, Organise, book and conduct candidate indications

  • Proactively manage ‘Candidate Networks’ within recruitment systems

  • Managing / developing company documentation and office systems

  • Helping team to identify suitable candidates for vacancies and ensuring candidates are regularly contacted

  • Reporting on recruitment activities and compliance

  • Performing visa and criminal record checks as requested

  • Assisting in accounts payable and weekly time sheets

  • Providing crucial administrative support

This role requires a highly organised individual with the ability to multitask and prioritise multiple deadlines. Furthermore, you have be proactive and take a keen interest in supporting the team by going the extra mile.

Exceptional IT skills, written / verbal communication and prior experience in an administrative role is highly beneficial.
