​With the booming construction industry and high demand for our services we are in need of a Candidate Manager / Resourcer for the construction sector– and that’s where you come in.

Your role:

As a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer you’ll be providing a wide variety of support tasks. You’ll be supporting and reporting to a Senior Consultant, assisting them in sourcing new candidates and providing admin support to keep things running smoothly. Your role plays a key part in ensuring the success of placing candidates into jobs with a variety of construction contractors and professional services consultancies.

​Your days will vary: working on anything from searching for candidates/sourcing talent using a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Seek and our own candidate database), posting advertisements, reference checking, reviewing job applications, talking to new applicants on the phone and general office administration/consultant support.

We are looking for:

  • Administration skills, strong MS Office skills and confident with IT

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Time management – you can juggle your tasks, prioritise, and communicate when you can’t meet a deadline

  • Any recruitment/resourcing or construction experience is a huge plus, in-house or agency or someone with a trades background

  • Friendly, outgoing, confident personality

  • Can-do attitude

  • Good sense of humour – our office are friendly and we like to think we are funny (sometimes)

  • Resilience. This is a big once for the recruitment industry

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
