Our client, a small civil contractor in Wellington is looking for a diligent and conscientious Contracts Administrator for a flexible part-time role (20-25 hours per week) based in Porirua. Ideally you will have a background of working within a construction /civil projects environment and experience within contracts administration.

Potential to work from home on occasion with flexible hours to suit situation.

  • Reconcile Monthly invoices related to claims.

  • Close out staff /subcontractor Inductions & be prepared to be trained up - to close out site hazard assessments and audits.

  • Co-ordinate Traffic management for sites. 

  • Maintain Website and site log in upkeep. 

  • Stock depot with supplies and maintain.

  • Oversee certification and stock control 

  • Maintain up to date health and safety documentation across all sites.

  • Assist with customer enquiries 

  • Assist with some material orders and deliveries.

  • Assist with fleet maintenance & compliance.

Prerequisites 

  • Full Drivers Licence

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification 

  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail

  • Contracts administration experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
