We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator for a short term contract with an engineering company in Albany. Applicants must have clear communications skills, it will involve liaising with the Project Manager and monitoring equipment and inventory for the project. Applicants must have strong IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel.
Applicants MUST be available IMMEDIATELY!
Pay rate is $21-24/hr depending on experience.
Main duties:
Entering project data from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Requirements:
Ideally have proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator / Clerk
Experience with MS Office - Word and Excel
Familiarity with administrative duties
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Strong attention to detail
Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
