Our client has openings for workshop-based trades assistants. This is a great opportunity for those who come from a general fabrication or workshop background that enjoy working in a busy engineering environment. They are based in the industrial heart of West Auckland, with a people focused culture they believe in work-life balance and internal promotion where possible.
Typical duties will include tasks such as cutting materials, preparing materials for welding / assisting with light welding tasks, operating bench presses, sanding / grinding in addition to keeping the workshop clean and tidy.
