This market leader in the shutters and blinds sector is looking to hire an Installation & Manufacturing Support person into their business due to continued growth and success with residential and commercial customers. The position will be working in the production facility and working alongside sales consultants in customer's homes for the product installation.
The position will be covering both the installation of their products and working in the manufacturing facility to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. There will be progression into a more senior role which will include commission and a vehicle further down the line. The salary will be $50-60k package.
The position could suit someone who has come from the building trade with practical skills who is looking to be in a more people facing position, or someone from a design based discipline or customer service based role, who is looking for a more hands-on position. Must be physically fit and able to use tools.
Skills and experience required:
Trades background (carpentry preferred)
Reliable, well organised, diligent and hard working
Personable, enjoys meeting new people
Willing to learn a new product range, if you’re new to shutters and blinds
Excellent people skills: able to easily establish a rapport based on trust and credibility to deliver
Strong organisational and time management skills
