Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking the services of a Junior Bid/Proposals Coordinator to support the needs of their strong forward workload.
This role offers incredible variety, and a place to showcase your written skills across bids, proposals and marketing content. You’ll be a key part of the team who drives and supports the preparation of documents and proposals.

Working alongside the Business Support Manager, your role will cover:
Preparing bid outlines (InDesign experience desirable)
Formatting and reviewing documents, ensuring consistency across writing styles
Setting timelines for bid teams & tracking the delivery of information
Keeping the submission tracker up to date
Supporting internal & external communications and brand consistency
You’ll be a team player with strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail:
Great coordination/organisational skills
Knowledge of construction/engineering/project consultancy industries are desirable
Work well under pressure with a drive to deliver quality outcomes
Proficient in computer skills
