Proud to be the only dairy factory to use sustainable and renewable geothermal energy to power their state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, they operate a modern facility which includes a Powder plant with a spray dryer and a UHT plant.

On their behalf I am now on the hunt for a Maintenance Planner to join their in-house maintenance team. Your focus will be on preventative maintenance across mostly automated production as well as assisting on all breakdown scheduling requirements. You will help identify and implement system and process improvements, with plant reliability and inventory management key result areas as well as ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have strong planning, organisational and diagnostics skills, excellent time management abilities and a proven track record within either the Dairy or Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industries.

Your Skills:

  • Trade qualified Engineer or Fitter with prior maintenance scheduling experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Food Manufacturing Industry (Dairy industry preferred)

  • Experience with fast moving, highly automated production plant and facilities

  • Experience with a variety of processing equipment, such as canning / bottling high speed equipment

  • Familiarity with CMMS such as MEX or similar

  • Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
