Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the purpose of this role is to be a link between the Maintenance and Operations of a large scale industrial manufacturing facility in the BOP. You will oversee the plant maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring work notifications are prioritised and co-ordinated, ensuring maintenance operations are completed in line with the proposed work schedule.
You will have extensive experience gained over a number of years in maintenance management systems, policies and procedures, with a proven record of accomplishment in demonstrating strong systems focus and a strategic approach to delivering positive outcomes. Your proven relationship building skills will be complemented by well developed, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
You will be:
Proficient in the management of CMMS systems for large, industrial scale fixed plant of a hazardous nature
Safety conscious and aware of safety critical elements of industrial, heavy industry and large manufacturing plant and familiar with effective procedures and regulatory requirements
Trade background as a Fitter and Turner, BEng Mechanical or similar technical background and solid experience in Maintenance Planning of an industrial site
Prior experience within a Major Hazard Facilities environment preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing principles and familiar with a 24 / 7 operation
In-country or with current unrestricted work rights and imminent arrival. Due to current border restrictions this is essential
