They are currently experiencing year on year growth and are now looking to add a Production Materials Co-ordinator to their well established manufacturing team. Working as apart of the wider production team, you will be responsible for all production stock movements, managing stock levels, QC of the sheets & managing pallet racking. You will be trained to use a specialised machine to move around your raw materials insuring it stays scratch and defect free. You are the right hand person to all daily production!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review daily production schedules and co-ordinate the delivery of raw materials to meet the individual machine schedules
Carry out QC inspection on scheduled raw materials to ensure correct size, thickness, grade, finish and quantity, ensuring they are free from any defects and scratches
Manage remnant sheets back into stock through transfer process in Storage Module, ensuring they are labelled and stored correctly
Manage consignment stock levels as per agreed quantities, ensuring continuity of supply
Be responsible for the upkeep and safety of pallet racking in your area, ensuring regular TPM checks are completed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous manufacturing experience - either as a materials co-ordinator, production assistant or store person. You will be physically fit and able, to hold a forklift license and have the ability to learn and up skill.

This is a night shift 3.30 PM to 12, Monday to Friday based in Avondale and will pay between 25-28 Per hour depending on experience.
