They are looking to hire a Media and Communications Specialist to develop consumer brands social media strategies and be the lead advocate for the voice of the customer. This role will work closely with other digital, brand, product and content team members.
With a salary of $65-75k plus 10% bonus, a fantastic culture and product discounts, this role won't be around for long.
The successful applicant will be the lead voice of the brand, working with product and digital teams to deliver and manage messages on social platforms for current and potential customers. Leading the social media strategy and calendar to ensure KPI's are being met and monitoring the social media schedule are also main duties to be covered, along with budget management and liaison with ANZ marketing teams and agencies to develop digital initiatives that support brand objectives.
In order to be considered, applicants must have the following:
Marketing Degree OR significant relevant industry experience
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
Facebook Power Editor Media Targeting experience (Mandatory)
Excellent written English skills – High level efficiency in copywriting (Mandatory)
Advanced computer skills (Photoshop and Adobe CS)
Photography Skills (Ideal for taking pictures for social channels)
Strong understanding of latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and measurement
Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making with knowledge of online metrics and analysis, including experience with Google Analytics
