Our client is a major infrastructure entity in New Zealand and pride themselves in delivering the best for everyone. They are in need of a Personal Assistant to join their team to support their construction capital projects group.
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Senior Management team. Self-initiative and the ability to hit the ground running will ensure your success in attaining this role. This role would suit an all-rounder with a broad range of skills and technical ability. This is a very ‘hands on’ position - you will play a key role in the capital projects team and feel comfortable with managing senior leaders. You’ll have a can do attitude and can demonstrate your proactive approach to all tasks.
We are looking for:
Proven experience as a high performing PA
Experience working within the construction / engineering sector
Enjoy change and be highly adaptable
Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure delivery
Diary management, arranging travel and co-ordinating meetings
Strong written and oral communication skills as well as great interpersonal skills
Ability to use multiple software systems
Experience taking minutes
