Piling is exciting work with big machines drilling into the unknown. You’ll love it if you can think on your feet, make good decisions and enjoy building a team ethos that beats the program.
These guys have a yard full of clever machines that they’ve designed and built to perform operations beyond the capability of off-the-shelf civil plant such as in restricted headroom spaces under existing buildings. They are well established with excellent systems and a wide reach into the Civil Construction market all around New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced as a Civil Construction Foreman
Ideally have some bored-piling experience
Ideally experienced fixed-mast piling rigs
However if you’re keen to get into Piling, have Civil Site Foreman experience, but not done Piling yet, we’re still keen to talk!
Your job will be:
Running a small crew of 3 – 5
Setting the standards for your site
Driving safe behaviours around large, heavy plant
Driving quality in all areas of operation
Planning a week in advance and for each day’s activities
