If you are a competent Piling & Drilling Rig operator and love nothing better than putting those piles in the ground with high accuracy and production rates, this is an opportunity to work on high volume sites. The company has the capability to produce Bored Piles up to 2.5m dia and are seeking operators who enjoy and have experience in operating in the range of 25 - 35 ton machines.
This role will have real variety - working on a subdivision doing retaining structures one day; beside a motorway the next day; then on residential and commercial sites. The variety available will stretch and expanded your skills.
Everybody is on first name terms so your personal performance will be seen and noticed and you will progress through the company's structure built to develop star performers - not lock you into a rigid pay grades with no room to progress until your supervisor moves on or dies!
