My client are a family owned, full service Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainlaying and Roofing company, dealing with everything from maintenance to fully managed bathroom renovations for the homeowner; and commercial installations and maintenance.
Founded in 2007, they are a well established company with a loyal client base which is growing at a fast rate, they are looking to expand their team by the New Year with several new positions available. This role of Project Manager (Foreman) is essential for the running of the business and will require someone with exceptional skill and experience.
Main Duties Include:
Leading a skilled team of trade professionals
Liaise with clients, staff, directors and suppliers
Mentor and train staff
Working closely with the directors to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
What you need to have to be successful in this role:
Have 15 years + experience in the industry or can prove you have the adequate knowledge to take on such a role
PGDB Registered Certifying Plumber, Gasfitter and Drainlayer
Significant gas experience
Reasonable sales experience
The ability to think on your feet and act fast to support the plumbers and workmen out on the road
Knowledge of the marketplace in terms of customers, suppliers and competitors.
