Key skills / expertise required:
New Zealand Registered Architect or LBP3 qualified
Proven experience in managing Technicians or Graduate Architects
Revit experience essential
High level detail focus
Rendering and presentation documentation skills
Proven technical ability to produce effective construction and building consent documentation
