About the role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager. Ideally, someone who has a gained an initial 3-5 years’ experience in project management from a professional services consultancy and a background across a mix of construction projects. Alternatively, you could be a construction professional working on the contractor side, looking to transition across to consulting PM work.
Successful applicants will have the following:
3-5 years’ experience working within the NZ construction or engineering market
Experience taking large-scale projects from development to handover
An in depth understanding on contractual facets of construction – especially NZ3190
A proven delivery record on leading multiple stakeholder projects to successful outcomes
Excellent relationship management skills to engage key stakeholders
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (BE, BConst or NZCE etc)
