About the role:
This is the chance to sink your teeth into a $1 billion infrastructure redevelopment capital project in the healthcare sector. Before significant upgrades can be made to the core functional structures, the supporting facilities and infrastructure needs to be upgraded. We are looking for a dynamic project manager to steer this project from concept through to delivery.
Ideally you will come from a mechanical or industrial engineering background, ideally with experience in HVAC, or other building services / assets. You might be looking to make the change from a design or engineering consulting role into the project management space, or you have a couple of years’ project management experience and are keen for a new challenge.

Successful applicants will have:
Ideally, 3-4 years’ in a technically demanding project management role
A background in mechanical or industrial engineering, ideally HVAC or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A creative approach to problem solving and providing solutions
The ability to read and understand complex plans and drawings
A relevant tertiary qualification – for example, a BEng, BConst
Excellent learning and mentorship from a high-performing team of PMs
