About the role:

Our client requires a project manager to take charge of a range of projects in the Auckland region. They are a hugely exciting new construction company whose founders have won the Supreme Award in New Zealand construction for previous projects. They are known for their novel approach to the New Zealand construction sector and for being fully committed to delivering over and above their clients’ expectations.

This company is young & hungry and with many of their projects being negotiated, they ensure the culture and relationships with clients is always top notch. Their workload goes across the commercial, light industrial, apartment and high-end town house developments sectors.

About you:

  • 3-5 years’ construction project management experience

  • High level of technical knowledge regarding commercial construction

  • The ability to manage high performing teams

  • Strong communication skills and relationship management

  • A proactive and creative approach to problem solving

  • A strong understanding of NZ building codes (NZS 3910) and standards
