About the role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager. Ideally, someone who has gained an initial 5+ years’ experience in project management from a professional services consultancy and a background across a mix of large-scale and complex projects. Our client is managing a number of significant projects which would lend themselves well to a project manager with a background understanding of power transmission and distribution.
About you:
5+ years’ experience in construction or engineering project management, including consultancy experience
Ideally, an understanding of power transmission and distribution
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including community members
Knowledge of New Zealand construction contracts and law
Solutions-focussed with a creative approach to solving difficult problems
Leadership and engagement skills to direct and lead multidisciplinary teams
