About the role:
We are looking for an assistant project manager in the early stages of their career to join a fantastic consultant project management firm. You will be working closely alongside senior project managers to ensure that your clients’ projects are running smoothly.
The life of a consultant project manager is fast-paced and varied, your responsibilities can be quite broad depending on your projects’ requirements. You will be assisting with construction management, attending weekly site meetings, liaising with clients and consultants, managing stakeholders, contract management, solving problems, providing planning advice and guidance, and more!

We are looking for people with:
2-5 years’ experience working within the NZ construction or engineering market
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build good rapport
Ideally, experience within a consultancy/advisory environment
Experience across property, education, infrastructure projects
Great organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
A creative approach to problem solving and providing solutions
A high-level of drive and self-motivation
