About the role:
Our client are looking for an experienced consultant project manager, ideally with vertical construction experience, to join them in Queenstown to manage some exciting projects – there are projects currently underway and more in the pipeline!
Successful applicants will have:
4-6 years’ experience working within the NZ construction or engineering market
Experience taking large-scale projects from development to handover
An in depth understanding on contractual facets of construction – especially NZ3190
A proven delivery record on leading multiple stakeholder projects to successful outcomes
Excellent relationship management skills to engage key stakeholders
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (BE, BConst or NZCE etc)
