One of New Zealand’s high profile construction consultancy firms is on the lookout for a talented Project Manager. They have a firm presence in the Auckland market and have secured multiple projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and leisure sectors. As my client is a national specialist in programme & project management across the property and construction sectors they bring with them a well-earned reputation for excellence in project delivery.
We are looking for someone who is in the earlier stages of their professional PM career or who have a strong track record in project management in New Zealand, ideally in the consultancy space or client side and have experience with projects across commercial, healthcare, education and hotel / tourism sectors.
What you will need:
High level written and verbal communication skills with effective project documentation ability
Strong awareness of project budgets and in gaining best value at all stages for the client
Ability to understand construction contracts to ensure obligations are met, with knowledge of administering NZ 3910 essential
Ability to develop effective rapport with a wide range of project stakeholders
Strong client facing skills are essential
Must hold a Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Architecture or Construction Management qualification
