​We have an exciting new role that requires a commercially astute forward thinking individual that is passionate about project management or strategic advisory within the engineering industry. This role will suit a positive, self-driven individual that enjoys building and managing client relationships whilst delivering specialist results.


The Role:

The Project Manager will independently manage the delivery of projects for our clients in the rail/ transportation, civil infrastructure, three waters and land development sectors. from conception to completion. This will include planning, directing and managing multiple resources and executing of these projects. The role will be responsible for representing the client and interacting professionally with client representatives and other project stakeholders ensuring consistent, on time, in full and in specification execution of project work to enable clients to meet their business expectations and KPI’s.

This will include providing advisory services such as procurement and risk management, as well as technical development, constructibility reviews, design, engineering, quality assurance, related field work, planning activities, progress reporting and implementation of planned work schedules. There may be a requirement to supervise large scale civil works with interpretation of investigations that enable proposed recommendations and corrective actions.

This role will manage multiple complex projects at any time. There is accountability to identify, develop and refine processes to support the project life cycle and delivery, as well as continuous management of risks and opportunities.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience leading projects of large scale and complexity across multiple disciplines

  • Experience leading and working within a project team

  • Previous experience in stakeholder management

  • Understands commercial aspects of projects

  • Experience in developing commercial proposals

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

  • Be self driven and looking for career advancement to Senior Project Manager
