Our client has established itself as the one of the premier providers of Project Management services on projects such as Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Energy. With a great local reputation in the Queenstown market and a track record of exceptional delivery, they now have a large forward workload.
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in project management from either client side or professional services with a background across a mix of land development and civil projects as my client have both secured a large amount of work and see even more in the pipeline. This role will primarily focus of land development – drainage and roading work, 3 waters and earthworks. You will be managing projects work closely with clients, councils and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Strong experience within the NZ construction or civil engineering sector – land development, utilities or transport
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Excellent client facing skills as you will be representing the client's and your employer's best interests throughout a project's life span
Awareness of project planning, costing & contract administration
Degree qualified (B.E, BConst)
Experience in land development projects as Engineers Rep, Engineer to Contract or PM
