Due to this investment, there is a requirement for a Project Manager to manage a ~$80mill scope with an expectation for ongoing project works. An expansion to the process plant, plus upgrades to the hoisting, crushing, conveying and tailings facilities form the scope of the project.
You’ll join a client team that works collaboratively with their contractors, overseeing the delivery of works which has minor construction works underway. You will work within a proficient team, with a view to temporarily relocating to a fantastic community in the NSW’s Central West.
To be considered for this Project Manager you must possess:
Bachelor qualifications in Engineering
Previous exposure to working on heavy structural, mechanical projects in a mining environment
Strong construction experience ideally in an owner’s team or EPCM environment
Strong commercial acumen – ability to plan, forecast and manage project costs
Exceptional communication ability (both written & verbal)
Ability to temporarily relocate for the duration of the project, with potential for roster pending suitability
Due to the increased demand across a number of projects, this business is eager to interview suitably qualified Project Managers over the next two weeks. If you have a desire to continue or launch your career in the growing metals mining sector, here’s your chance to join an industry leader. You’ll receive a competitive contract rate commensurate experience.
