RobLawMax has exclusively partnered with a registered community housing provider who is working on a project to manage and upgrade homes situated in and around Porirua.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be required to oversee and co-ordinate the maintenance, renewal and upgrade works ensuring that it gets completed according to agreed standards. You will also be required to manage PO numbers, key records and ensuring all data on the systems are kept up-to-date.
Other key responsibilities include:
Review and approve work orders
Ensure maintenance jobs are completed in accordance to standards & KPIs
Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure queries & requests are answered
Conduct property visits with Relationship Managers and Maintenance Contractors in regards to planned work
Provide support to internal & external teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Related qualification in field
Experience in residential or commercial property management
Experience in dealing with suppliers, contractors or any external teams
Understanding of RTA, Building Act & Health & Safety Act
Interest in residential property management
Great computer skills, good eye for detail and numbers
Full drivers license
This is a very hands-on role and requires someone who can think on their feet and drive various teams to complete tasks according to requirements.
