Lead an established desk with loyal clients who operate in the Engineering (Maintenance, Production and Sales) sectors with the opportunity to offer permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to engage more clients and maximise your commission.

High level of ethics and family values
2+ years NZ recruitment experience
Ability to build rapport, identify opportunities and deliver
Enjoys sales and delivering great customer service
Enjoys coaching, being coached and contributing to others success
Someone who understands that they don’t know everything
Someone who enjoys being rewarded for their efforts
