RobLawMax is currently partnered with a reputable mining house in NSW who have a newly created requirement for an experienced Risk & HSE Co-ordinator to join their operation. Reporting to the HSE & Risk Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing 3 advisors supporting the implementation of risk management practices and safety governance.You’ll conduct assessments, run investigations and audits, being a proactive voice in the HSE stewardship at site

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess:
Qualifications in Safety or Risk Management – Bachelor, Advanced Diploma or Cert IV
Proven experience at an Australian mine site
Experience leading and steering a small team of safety professionals
Expertise in risk management, assessment and the implementation of appropriate actions
Ability to co-ordinate and facilitate planned inspections across multiple sites
The ability to be work autonomously and as part of an tight owner’s team
Collaborative attitude towards safety
The willingness to relocate to regional NSW
