In this dynamic role, you will be preparing designs and providing technical advice for future road upgrades and road safety projects to achieve effective, efficient and sustainable road transport networks. While building and strengthening professional relationships with providers and contractors your role will be to ensure effective delivery of infrastructure works such as:
Kerb and channel and footpath renewals,
Vehicle crossing construction,
Asset inspection programmes,
Monitoring and technical advice to Contractors as well as fellow staff
About you
You are passionate about roading and transport, experience preferred
You have great communication skills
You have a degree/qualifications in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of relevant road, engineering, NZTA and local government legislation, policies and processes as they apply to roading
You hold a Full drivers Licence
