About the role:
As a Senior Architectural Technician you are a key component in the engine room of this well established architectural practice. Work alongside the Directors, Architects and Graduate Architects transforming design concepts into usable working drawings on revit, produce high quality documentation in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code and New Zealand Standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring work is delivered to time-scale
Produce high quality detailing and documentation
Ensure your work complies with statutory requirements
Act as an authority on Revit
Interact with Councils for building consent submission
Speak up and ask questions
Skills and expertise required:
Right to accept permanent employment in New Zealand
Diploma in Architectural Technology or similar level qualification
High level ability in architectural drafting and producing working drawings
Effective knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and NZS3604
Willingness to share your knowledge with less experienced Colleagues
Participate in training and development opportunities
