RobLawMax Recruitment has partnered with a very well known company in Invercargill that are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
Based within the Engineering team with your key relationships being consultants, contractors and the council, you will be required to manage and deliver infrastructure projects for the region. You will be required to provide project management services, which includes reporting, scoping, technical advice and project governance as well as building your own team and mentoring junior staff.
Oversee all project work streams and controls
Programme management by preparing and reviewing project execution plans and producing reports
Project budgeting and forecasting
Project leadership and management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Engineering related degree (added Project Management qualification will be a bonus)
Min 6 years Project Management experience within Infrastructure projects
Extensive experience across PM principles and processes
Expertise in financial and budget management
Skilled in leadership and mentorship
As this is a new role, you will be able to make it your own and take the lead. You will be working with a team that is involved in a range of projects within the region, a very supportive manager and the ability to grow your own team.
