About the role:
We are looking for an experienced site manager to take the lead on high-end commercial fit-out project in Dunedin. If you have experience managing high-end interior projects, then we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for ensuring fit-out construction works are of the exceptionally high quality that our client is known for. Depending on your preference, this could be a permanent employee position, or a contract role for approximately 12 weeks.
Successful applicants will have:
Minimum 6 years’ experience as a site manager on large-scale commercial/corporate fit-outs, ideally within NZ
In depth knowledge of modern construction techniques
A strong track record of managing site personnel to finish jobs on time to a high quality
The enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best solutions for your clients
Excellent finishing skills and an eye for detail
Understanding of current market trends in the fit-out space
Relevant tertiary degree or trades background
