RobLawMax is partnered with a reputable mining house who are looking for a Senior Training Advisor to join their high performing team. This role will contribute to the design, delivery and implementation of training to ensure the safety and continuous improvement of this flagship underground site.
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Creating training packages and supporting the Training Management Plan
Performing quality audits and review processes
Monitoring compliance and legislative training requirements
Developing trainers and assessors
Liaising with Mine Inspectors
To be successful in this role you must possess:
At least 3 years’ experience in a related role
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
RIIRIS301D Apply Risk Management Processes
Previous exposure to the mining industry
The ability and willingness to relocate to Central NSW
