Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
5 years site management experience
Carpentry/trade background preferred
Residential and/or apartment construction expertise
Working Knowledge of NZS 3604 is useful
Commercial construction experience
Ability to use aconex or Procore
In this role you will be responsible for:
Preparation of short programmes in accordance with the project target programme
Implementation of legislative and company Health and Safety requirements
Quality Assurance and Quality Control of systems of work on the project
Managing subcontractors in the process of delivering the works
Working collaboratively with other members of the delivery team, and with the on-site commercial team, for the best possible project outcome
